Failure Leads To Success

        Long ago I went to the village and got a chance to meet the students of the village. Every student had some strength, but saw one student sitting alone under a tree and in deep thought. I asked other students about him, but they called him a failure, which got me interested. I started asking more about him after that I came to know that no student can understand his idea so they called him by many names like failure, mad etc. Because of this none of them became his friend.

        I went up to him and greeted him, after a while asked him, what is happening? He replied softly that I want to achieve something big in life but don't know how to achieve it. I started more conversations with him so that I could understand his strengths and weaknesses. After some time he started talking about his innovations which he did but none of them were successful. One thing I found very interesting, The pesticide machine.

        He told me the terrible truth about farmers. Most of the farmers get skin diseases due to pesticides and some of them get infected with skin cancer because they are manually spreading pesticides in their fields. Because of this, he wanted to make a machine that could avoid direct contact with the pesticide due to some technical fault, he could not make it. I called a friend of mine who was designing mechanical products. Over Call advised him to make some changes in the design.

        Months of hard work, added the suggested changes to the design, now the product is successful. In addition, the product added a mobile cart that added value for consumers. Because there is no burden on the farmers during the spraying of pesticides. At the launch of the product, sent me an invitation. 

When I met him he told me that failure turns into success. After a while I replied to him that in every failure there is a learning process and success is a byproduct of that. I smiled and told him that now you have a goal in life.

        I saw a change, students from all over the village were calling him a great, talented instead of a failure, mad etc. and at the same time the whole village was celebrating his success. Once you achieve success, everyone's perception will also change, the one who was criticizing you turned into praise.No defeat lasts until you stop trying.

असफलता ही सफलता की ओर 

        बहुत पहले मैं गांव गया था और गांव के छात्रों से मिलने का मौका मिला था। हर छात्र में कोई न कोई विशेषता थी, लेकिन एक छात्र को एक पेड़ के नीचे और गहरे विचार में अकेला बैठा देखा। मैंने अन्य छात्रों से उसके बारे में पूछा, लेकिन उन्होंने उसे असफल बताया, जिससे मुझे दिलचस्पी हुई। मैंने उसके बारे में और पूछना शुरू किया उसके बाद मुझे पता चला कि कोई भी छात्र उसके विचार को नहीं समझ सकता है इसलिए उन्होंने उसे असफलता, पागल आदि कई नामों से पुकारा। इस वजह से उनमें से कोई भी उसका दोस्त नहीं बना।

        मैं उसके पास गया और उसका अभिवादन किया, थोड़ी देर बाद उससे पूछा, क्या हो रहा है? उसने धीरे से जवाब दिया कि मैं जीवन में कुछ बड़ा हासिल करना चाहता हूं लेकिन यह नहीं जानता कि इसे कैसे हासिल किया जाए। मैंने उसके साथ और बातचीत शुरू की ताकि मैं उसकी ताकत और कमजोरियों को समझ सकूं। कुछ समय बाद उन्होंने अपने इनोवेशन के बारे में बात करना शुरू किया जो उन्होंने किया लेकिन उनमें से कोई भी सफल नहीं हुआ। एक चीज जो मुझे बहुत दिलचस्प लगी, वह थी कीटनाशक मशीन।

महीनों की मेहनत, डिजाइन में सुझाए गए बदलावों को जोड़ा, अब उत्पाद सफल है। इसके अलावा, उत्पाद ने एक मोबाइल कार्ट जोड़ा जिसने उपभोक्ताओं के लिए मूल्य जोड़ा। क्योंकि कीटनाशकों के छिड़काव के दौरान किसानों पर कोई बोझ नहीं पड़ता है। उत्पाद के लॉन्च पर, मुझे एक निमंत्रण भेजा।

        जब मैं उनसे मिला तो उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि असफलता सफलता में बदल जाती है। थोड़ी देर बाद मैंने उन्हें जवाब दिया कि हर असफलता में सीखने की प्रक्रिया होती है और सफलता उसी का उपोत्पाद है। मैंने मुस्कुरा कर उससे कहा कि अब तुम्हारे पास जीवन का एक लक्ष्य है।

        मैंने एक बदलाव देखा, पूरे गांव के छात्र उन्हें एक असफल, पागल आदि के बजाय एक महान, प्रतिभाशाली कह रहे थे और साथ ही साथ पूरा गांव उनकी सफलता का जश्न मना रहा था। एक बार जब आप सफलता प्राप्त कर लेंगे, तो सभी की धारणा भी बदल जाएगी, जो आपकी आलोचना कर रहा था वह प्रशंसा में बदल गया।

        मैंने एक बदलाव देखा, पूरे गांव के छात्र उन्हें फेल, पागल आदि के बजाय महान, प्रतिभाशाली कह रहे थे और साथ ही साथ पूरा गांव उनकी सफलता का जश्न मना रहा था। एक बार जब आप सफलता प्राप्त कर लेंगे, तो सभी की धारणा भी बदल जाएगी, जो आपकी आलोचना कर रहा था वह प्रशंसा में बदल गया। कोई भी हार तब तक नहीं टिकती जब तक आप कोशिश करना बंद नहीं कर देते।
